Summer classes and commencement ceremonies are being conducted remotely, according to COVID-19 Update #9, released April 28, 2020.
All summer 2020 classes will be held remotely, including sessions I and II.

Additionally, the graduation ceremony for main campus graduates will be streamed on Saturday, May 9 at 10 a.m. via Facebook Live. The ceremony for law school graduates will be held on Friday, May 15 at 11 a.m. with platform information still to be announced.
In-person ceremonies will be held once it becomes safe to do so.
Lastly, Barry University has received funding as part of the CARES Act. The money will be dispersed to needy students who qualify. Administrators are still determining the proper means to identify and distribute these funds to students.
